In this lecture Sista Docta Alexis Pauline Gumbs will draw on her experiences of oral history collection in black LGBTQ communities, archival research on black feminist writers and theoretical/poetic oracle making to create an interactive experience for the Princeton community.  If you are interested in forms of engagement that go deeper than critique, forms of clarity that go beyond individual intelligence and modes of listening that offer more than just sounding smart a few minutes later, be there!
