Ladeedah: An Eternal Summer of the Black Feminist Drama-rama at the Fairfield Theatre in Montego Bay

Dr. Alexis Pauline Gumbs will be presenting Ladeedah: An Eternal Summer of the Black Feminist Drama-rama as part of the Youth Performance Workshop at the Fairfield Theatre in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  The workshop is free and open to young people 13 years and older.    The Ladeedah Workshop is based on Alexis’s forthcoming speculative audio novella which centers on Ladeedah, a young woman in a society structured by song and dance and includes a series of opportunities to perform and practice community.   For more details visit: https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Fairfield-Theatre/176577332387951
