Keynote at Abriendo Brecha Activist Scholarship Conference

The UT Division of Diversity and Community Engagement (DDCE) sponsors the 2014 Abriendo Brecha Activist Scholarship conference on the theme Activism, Scholarship and Justice. The morning session focuses on the legacy of segregation in Austin. In the afternoon, a graduate student panel examines activist research in the Americas. The conference closes with a keynote address by Alexis Pauline Gumbs. Free lunch served (RSVP for lunch to annieboggs@utexas.edu by April 20).
