My Words Will Be There: Audre Lorde Lecture at the Breathing Back Exhibit

Join us for the first in a series of local lectures in community spaces in honor of black feminist warrior poet mother Audre Lorde.  Alexis Pauline Gumbs, founder of the School of Our Lorde was the first researcher to work with Audre Lorde’s manuscripts, correspondence and journals and she has travelled the world sharing a project called The Lorde Concordance which activates Audre Lorde’s life and work for a sacred text for ritual in the present.
